Xiangtan Emergency (Joint) Command Center, Hunan Province

Project Background

The Xiangtan Public Security Bureau is a functional department of the People’s Government, responsible for implementing the Party and State’s policies, laws, and regulations regarding public security, as well as guiding, inspecting, and supervising public security work across the city.

Monitoring Scope: 14th and 15th floors of the command center.

Project Scale: Approximately 1,000 square meters of data center space, consisting of 8 data center rooms.

Solution

Jitong Intelligent developed an intelligent monitoring platform for the Xiangtan Public Security Bureau Emergency Joint Command Center. An intelligent monitoring system was deployed on the 14th and 15th floors of the command center to achieve comprehensive coverage and deployment of the Xiangtan Emergency Joint Command Center.

Monitored Parameters: Temperature and humidity, air conditioning, fresh air units, water leakage, fire alarm panels, batteries, main distribution cabinets, UPS, and generators.

Application Value

Supports remote web browsing, enabling real-time access to the emergency center’s operational status anytime and anywhere.

The system provides a variety of management reports, including daily, monthly, and annual reports, facilitating event lifecycle tracking and analysis.

Features data filtering capabilities to compress redundant data, improve data usability, and reduce storage space. It also filters out obvious abnormal data to prevent transient anomalies from impacting operation and maintenance management.
