The Energy Management System treats energy resources (including water, electricity, gas, etc.) as enterprise-level resources. It adopts automated collection methods to summarize, analyze, and organize the collected data. By integrating data such as production plans, it centrally allocates, manages, and evaluates energy resources. Through functions such as real-time monitoring, statistical analysis, and predictive analysis of energy consumption systems and environmental data, it ultimately achieves integrated operation and centralized management of the energy system, enabling effective energy monitoring and management as well as balanced energy scheduling. This system also realizes unified collection, unified management and utilization, one-stop management, and authorized decentralized use of enterprise energy data; enables process cost accounting for energy; and establishes an objective, data-driven evaluation system for energy consumption.
