Project Background
Gongbei Customs of the People’s Republic of China is a department-level bureau directly under the vertical leadership of the General Administration of Customs. Its jurisdiction covers the two prefecture-level cities of Zhuhai and Zhongshan. The customs district includes 11 Class I ports, 7 Class II ports, and 2 transit supervision stations.
Monitoring Scope：Gongbei Port Computing Center, Zhakou Customs One-Stop Equipment Room, Customs Complex Building data centers on the 6th and 24th floors; Doumen Customs Doumen Port, Doumen Customs Office Building data center, Doumen Customs Guangfeng Cross-border E-commerce, Gaolan Customs Office Building; Xiangzhou Office Building data center, Xiangshan Office Xiangzhou Port; Jiuzhou Customs Office Building data center, Bonded Zone Cross-border Industrial Zone data center, Tax Declaration Office Building; Wanzai Customs Office Building, Wanzai Customs Hongwan Port, Wanzai Customs West Wharf; Hengqin Customs Office Building data center; Zhongshan Customs.
Solution
To ensure more efficient and high-quality customs operations, continuously optimize customs clearance models, supervision systems, management mechanisms, and team quality, the General Administration of Customs, in cooperation with Shenzhen Jitong, implemented an unattended intelligent monitoring system for CA-shielded equipment rooms. This approach focuses on enhancing the overall effectiveness of supervision and management and establishes an integrated, comprehensive customs management system.
Monitoring Targets：Power distribution meters, power switches, UPS, air conditioning, temperature and humidity, water leakage, video surveillance, fire protection, infrared sensors, and access control.
Application Value
The system adopts a three-layer distributed architecture to ensure overall system operation.
Reporting management functions provide data reports on alarms and equipment monitoring parameters for management personnel to analyze, forecast, and adjust timely, greatly improving management efficiency.
