Project Background

The Hefei Back-end Service Base of the Postal Savings Bank of China is located within the International Financial Back-end Service Base in the Binhu New Area of Hefei. The overall planned area is approximately 213 acres, with a total construction area of 210,000 square meters.

Monitoring Scope: Power substations #1, #3, #4, and #5 on the first floor of Building B; north and south substations on the third and fourth floors (including battery rooms); generator rooms #9 to #13 and the paralleling room on the second floor of the diesel engine building; all equipment room modules and precision air conditioning rooms on the third floor of Building B; two equipment room modules and precision air conditioning rooms on the fourth floor.

Project Scale: Monitoring area covers three floors totaling about 6,000㎡; 8 modular equipment rooms (approximately 1,600 cabinets); around 1,400 intelligent devices; and about 90,000 monitoring points.

Solution

The Hefei Data Center serves as the offsite disaster recovery center for the Postal Savings Bank, primarily supporting disaster recovery for the core postal financial network systems as well as deployment of newly added financial business systems. Our company implements comprehensive power and environment monitoring management for Building B’s equipment rooms, ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 services for all related business operations.

Monitoring Targets: Diesel generators, medium-voltage switchgear, UPS systems, transformers, low-voltage switchgear, distribution cabinets, capacitor cabinets, air conditioners, temperature and humidity sensors.

Application Value
