Project Background

The Shenzhen Customs of the People’s Republic of China was formerly known as “Kowloon Customs” and was renamed “Shenzhen Customs” on July 1, 1997. The monitoring scope includes: Huizhou Customs (20 data centers), Longgang Customs (8 weak current rooms), Shawan Customs, Buji Customs (2 data centers), Tongle Customs, Nantou Customs, 2nd-floor data center at Heping Roadkou, Pingshan Customs, Sungang Customs (5th and 6th-floor data centers), Tongle Customs, Wenjindu Customs (22 data centers), Shatoujiao Customs (6 data centers), Shenzhen Bay Customs (10 data centers), the main Customs Building (new power room at basement level 2), Dachan Bay data center, Shekou data center, West Kowloon Customs, National Inspection Building data center, Airport data center, Health Center data center, Futian Port data center, Futian Bonded data center, Luohu Bureau data center, Yantian Bureau data center, Yantian Bonded Area data center, and Longgang data center.

Solution

To tackle the challenges posed by the extensive distribution of customs branches and the complexity of operation and maintenance management, a comprehensive centralized data center network monitoring system was developed. This system realizes unified management and control through an integrated intelligent infrastructure platform for Shenzhen Customs.
