Project Background

The core data center is the pivotal hub of infrastructure, supporting the main operations of Southern New Media Company by providing a stable, secure, reliable, and controllable environment. As the core data center has been in use for many years, its power and environmental monitoring system has become outdated, with aging data collectors and obsolete monitoring systems. Maintenance has become increasingly difficult, posing certain safety risks and failing to meet the requirements for broadcast security.

Solution

Jitong Intelligent conducted an intelligent upgrade of the core data center’s power and environmental monitoring software system, data acquisition sensors, surveillance cameras, and other hardware. This enables real-time monitoring and integrated management of both physical and IT facilities within the core data center. By collecting all dynamic environment system and data resources, the solution bridges the information gap between infrastructure and IT equipment, effectively reducing management complexity. It shifts management from a broad, global scope to focused localized points, thereby simplifying hierarchical management.
