Project Background
Central China CCCC City is located on Chunxiao Road in the Wuhan Economic Development Zone, adjacent to AEON Mall Jingkai. With a total construction area of 270,000 square meters and a total investment of nearly 2 billion yuan, the project is jointly developed by the CCCC Central China Regional Headquarters and the Second Harbor Engineering Company. Jitong Intelligent has implemented smart management for 34 restrooms across different zones on the mezzanine level, enhancing restroom quality through refined operations and providing users with high-quality, efficient, and comfortable services.
Solution
Jitong Intelligent designed and built an advanced and comprehensive smart restroom management platform for more than 34 restrooms in Central China CCCC City.
Monitoring Targets: Laser squat sensors, ammonia and hydrogen sulfide gas levels, temperature and humidity, smoke detectors, water leakage, lighting, access control, toilet paper levels, disinfection lamp status, and fresh air system status.
