Project Background

The Next-Generation Community Health Service Center is located on the ground floor of Building 6, Next-Generation Industrial Park, No. 136 Zhongkang Road, Futian District, Shenzhen. The center occupies a service area of 392.57 square meters and serves approximately 15,000 people within the industrial park. Targeting primarily the employees of park-based enterprises, the center is tailored to their age distribution, occupational characteristics, health conditions, and common disease patterns. Leveraging the strengths of traditional Chinese medicine in disease prevention, common illness treatment, and rehabilitation, and based on the functional needs of community healthcare, the center provides a comprehensive package of eight core services: TCM treatment, psychological counseling, health maintenance, family planning and consultation, general medical care, emergency care, referral services, and physical examination consultation—offering both basic healthcare and continuous, integrated health management services.

Solution

As a public welfare initiative, Jitong Intelligent developed a complete smart restroom guidance system for the project. The system monitors laser squat sensors, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, temperature and humidity, smoke detection, and other key indicators—making restroom use more convenient, visualized, and easier to manage.
