Shenzhen Metro

Project Overview

Shenzhen Metro is the urban rail transit system serving Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. As of August 2020, Shenzhen Metro operates 11 lines: Lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11. The total length of the metro network is 411 kilometers, with 283 stations covering the entire city’s urban rail network.

Solution

Based on Shenzhen Metro’s construction requirements, Jitong Intelligent has built a power and environment monitoring system for police communication equipment rooms at stations along the lines. Each station independently monitors and manages the operating environment, power, and related conditions of its equipment rooms, while synchronizing monitoring data to the Public Security Bureau’s central platform.

Monitoring Scope：Lines 1 to 5: 122 metro stations and 13 bus police stations, totaling 139 police communication equipment rooms，Lines 7, 9, and 11: a total of 66 police communication equipment rooms，Phase III, Line 6: equipment rooms at 28 stations，Line 3 South Extension and Line 10: 26 front-end station equipment rooms.

Project Scale：Nearly 300 equipment rooms along the metro lines.

Monitoring Targets：Includes smart electric meters, UPS systems, batteries, air conditioning, temperature and humidity sensors, water leakage detection, smoke detection, and video integration.

Customer Value

Diverse Alarm Methods: Provides telephone, SMS, and multimedia voice alarms to ensure immediate alerts upon faults.

Multi-level Permission Management: Different functionalities are assigned based on user roles, strictly controlling access and operation permissions across all maintenance personnel levels.

Integrated Monitoring Management: Through deployment of distributed data acquisition units, regional monitoring systems, and a centralized monitoring platform, the project achieves unified monitoring and management of all equipment rooms across the entire network.
