Project Overview
The existing centralized monitoring system for equipment rooms can no longer meet the current safety and maintenance requirements. Issues such as aging equipment, increasing failure rates, and untimely fault alarms are prevalent. This project aims to upgrade and improve the monitoring system to achieve centralized monitoring and management of all monitoring data, thereby realizing unified monitoring, unified management, and unified visualization for efficient operation and maintenance.
Monitoring Scope:The system covers the Shenyang Information Center (including the information building, dispatch building, headquarters building, and freight building—specifically the IT rooms and power rooms), and also incorporates centralized access to equipment rooms at the Dalian, Jinzhou, Changchun, Jilin, Tonghua, and Tongliao Information Centers.
Application Value
By collecting data and transmitting it through a network, the system centralizes the storage, query, and monitoring of operational indicators and parameters from previously independent power and environmental systems in the equipment rooms. It enables multi-level alarms for abnormal data, thereby shortening fault diagnosis time and improving troubleshooting efficiency. This achieves real-time recording and monitoring, effective early warning, and timely alarms. The system shifts maintenance from a passive, reactive model to a proactive one, identifying risks and faults at an early stage. In the event of a fault, the system can immediately pinpoint the issue, provide a comprehensive view of the on-site situation, and support accurate diagnosis. This ensures rapid and effective fault resolution, thereby safeguarding the secure operation of information systems within the equipment rooms.
