Solution
The equipment room power and environment monitoring system leverages the supporting infrastructure within the Optics Valley Control Center, Wuhu Control Center, and Optics Valley Cloud Management Center to monitor the operational status of power distribution cabinets, UPS units, precision air conditioning water leakage detectors, temperature and humidity in data centers and power rooms, as well as video surveillance, forming a unified centralized monitoring system. By simulating realistic 3D visualizations of each equipment room within the cloud platform project, the system integrates the real-time operational status of various subsystems into the control room’s computer client, enabling local monitoring by maintenance personnel alongside remote alarm synchronization.
Monitoring Scope: Optics Valley Control Center, Wuhu Control Center, and Optics Valley Cloud Management Center.
Monitored Equipment: Temperature and humidity sensors, water leakage detectors, power distribution cabinets, PDUs, row cabinets, UPS systems, batteries, video surveillance, etc.
Application Value
As the hardware foundation service system of the Wuhan Rail Cloud Platform project, the power and environment monitoring system records, analyzes, and statistically processes data for each link and node, fully considering the current construction status and practical conditions to optimize integration of existing resources. It achieves efficient data acquisition, real-time awareness, and platform-based management. The system ensures stable equipment operation and equipment room safety, improves labor productivity and network maintenance levels, and supports the transition from fully staffed to minimally or unattended equipment room operation.
