Project Background
The Phase I construction project of the China Unicom Guangxi-ASEAN Information Exchange Center is a major initiative led by Guangxi Unicom to actively implement the national “Belt and Road” development strategy and advance the “Internet+” initiative. It is a key project coordinated at the autonomous region level in Guangxi. The total area of Phase I is 44,000 square meters.
Monitoring scope: The fourth floor and basement level of the cloud data center at the China Unicom Guangxi-ASEAN Information Exchange Center.
Project scale: Data center area of approximately 800 m², with around 400 cabinets.
Solution
Shenzhen Jitong has built an intelligent management platform for the Information Exchange Center. Through the monitoring software, the operational status of each data center room is clearly displayed, enabling unified, standardized, streamlined, and proactive management of equipment operations and maintenance.
Monitored equipment includes: temperature and humidity sensors, water leakage detection, precision row cabinets, UPS systems, batteries, energy meters, video surveillance, and access control systems.
Application Value
By visualizing the power distribution topology and integrating distribution equipment into the monitoring system, users can click on device icons to directly access the corresponding monitoring pages. This enables centralized display and clear link tracing.
Customized summary pages for similar equipment allow quick identification of fault points in the event of abnormalities, enabling prompt troubleshooting.
System logs are retained for at least three years, ensuring that all operations and abnormal events during system operation are traceable and verifiable for future audits and investigations.
