In the new era, the country has proposed that the energy system must be deeply integrated with the Internet to achieve profound convergence of energy and information. However, urban gas enterprises still face challenges in informatization, such as inaccurate pipeline positioning, incomplete data, and digital collection methods that fail to meet the needs of smart operations. In terms of design and engineering, there remain issues like reliance on manual processes and insufficient use of information management tools.As the “first checkpoint” connecting users and consumers, gas stations can significantly improve safety and operational efficiency if communication, discussion, and decision-making can be conducted in a visualized environment. Therefore, research and development in intelligent gas station construction are of great importance to ensuring station safety, reducing gas transmission losses, and maintaining safe operations.

In response to the current status of equipment and facility management at China Resources Gas (Yueyang), a digital management system covering the full lifecycle of equipment and facilities has been developed to meet actual business needs. This system is dedicated to providing a one-stop solution that satisfies all scenarios of equipment and facility management.

1. Practicality (Meeting Actual Needs):By developing a digital management system for equipment and facilities with independent intellectual property rights, alongside the application of supporting RFID devices and technologies, a digital management platform will be built to meet the practical needs of the gas company.

2. Stability (Mature Core Functions):Based on project experience and hardware/software R&D capabilities, Jitong Intelligent will lead the analysis and design of key business processes and logic to ensure the stable operation of the platform’s core functions.

3. Innovation (IoT Platform + Cloud Deployment)：

* Considering the dispersed distribution and diverse types of equipment and facilities in the gas company, the RFID IoT architecture will be carefully designed to ensure timely, stable, and secure data flow during equipment and facility management.

* The system can be deployed on a private cloud to guarantee data security and system stability.

4. Scalability (Expandable Functions and Innovations)：

* Although the system will be applied to equipment management in specific scenarios (e.g., gas stations), it will fully consider the integrated management goals of basic, general, specialized, special, temporary, and office equipment within the Yueyang regional company, reserving interfaces for future expansion.
