Due to the rapid growth of BYD’s business and the continuous expansion of various production workshops, there is currently no centralized and unified management of the environmental conditions in each workshop. As a result, management personnel cannot obtain real-time information on the operating environment of each workshop. Once abnormal environmental conditions occur in any workshop, it can affect normal production activities, causing business interruptions or delays in timely response, which may lead to incalculable economic losses. To address these potential risks, this project plans to establish an environmental monitoring system at the BYD factory. The system will network the temperature and humidity conditions across multiple workshops, enabling remote multimedia digital monitoring, multi-level linked alarms, and other integrated applications. It will feature stability, reliability, and security, providing continuous 24/7/365 system monitoring.
