Foshan Data Port Data Center

Project Background

The Foshan Data Port Data Center is located on Nanliu Road, Guicheng, Nanhai District, Foshan, covering an area of approximately 4,000 square meters. As a dedicated data center building owned by Midea Group, it was planned, designed, and supervised by an international professional data center team. The facility provides a highly secure, reliable, and fault-tolerant data center environment, meeting domestic Class A and international Tier 3+ standards, ensuring the safe storage of servers and related IT equipment.

Monitoring Scope: 1st floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor, and rooftop.

Project Scale: 8 server rooms and 1,200 cabinets.

Solution

Shenzhen Jitong established an integrated power and environmental management platform for the Foshan Data Port Data Center. Through a unified platform, each module and operational status is centrally displayed, achieving a high degree of integration and coordinated control. This ensures high-density energy efficiency and rapid deployment, supporting the data center in maintaining a long-term PUE of approximately 1.3.

Monitoring Targets

The system monitors power distribution, UPS, pressure differentials, PDU cabinets, air conditioning, ATS, temperature and humidity, water leakage, access control, early fire detection, and video surveillance.

It provides various precise energy consumption statistics, offering clear insight into the data center’s energy usage and distribution, thereby supplying data support for future energy-saving measures.

Application Value

The comprehensive and integrated unified management platform eliminates the complexity of managing multiple platforms, significantly improving operational efficiency.

Customized reports tailored to actual user needs are generated and sent automatically to designated email addresses, effectively reducing the workload of operational statistics and reporting.
