Project Background

The Phase I construction project of China Unicom Guangxi ASEAN Exchange Center is a major initiative led by Guangxi Unicom at the autonomous region level. It aims to deeply implement the national “Belt and Road” development strategy and advance the “Internet Plus” strategy. The Phase I project covers a total area of 44,000 square meters.

Monitoring Scope: Hunan Zhentong Yun Building 1, floors 1, 2, and 3; Building 2, floors 1 and 2.

Project Scale: Data center area of approximately 800㎡ and about 400 cabinets.

Solution

Shenzhen Jitong built an intelligent management platform for the Information Exchange Center. The monitoring software provides a clear visualization of the operational status of each data room, enabling unified, comprehensive, and proactive management of equipment and maintenance operations through standardized and centralized workflows.

Monitoring Targets: Includes temperature and humidity, water leakage, PDU cabinets, UPS, batteries, power meters, video surveillance, and access control.

Application Value

The power distribution topology is visualized so that equipment integrated into the monitoring system can be accessed directly by clicking device icons, enabling centralized display with clear link relationships.

Customized summary pages for similar equipment allow immediate identification of fault points in case of anomalies, facilitating prompt troubleshooting.

System logs are retained for at least three years, ensuring traceability of all operational activities and abnormal events, which is beneficial for auditing and investigation.
